1. Who we are

FinePrint Studio is a registered business in the Republic of Maldives, operating the online print marketplace at shop.fineprintmv.com. For privacy queries contact us at hello@fineprintmv.com.

2. What data we collect

Buyers: name, email, phone number, and delivery address when placing an order.

Artists: name, email, location, profile information, social media handles, and bank account details for payout processing. We also store artwork files you upload.

All users: browser session data through authentication cookies provided by Supabase. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics.

3. How we use your data

We use your data solely for processing and fulfilling print orders, sending order confirmations and invoices, processing artist payouts, and communicating about your order or account. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Who we share data with

Supabase — database, file storage, and authentication.
Resend — transactional email delivery.
Vercel — platform hosting.

All providers are bound to handle your data securely and only for specified purposes.

5. Artwork files

Hi-resolution print files are stored in a private access-controlled storage bucket accessible only to FinePrint Studio staff. Watermarked preview images are stored publicly and displayed on the storefront.

6. Data retention

We retain order data for a minimum of 5 years for accounting and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing hello@fineprintmv.com, subject to our legal retention obligations.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to processing of your personal data. Contact us at hello@fineprintmv.com.
